Our Mission: Equip
Christ Compass exists to glorify Jesus Christ by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, equipping believers, developing faithful leaders, strengthening churches, and partnering with Christian ministries to advance the Gospel and fulfill the Great Commission. Through biblical teaching, leadership development, missions, and practical ministry support, we seek to equip the saints for the work of ministry and build up the Body of Christ.

Our vision is to see believers, churches, and Christian ministries united in Christ, faithfully using their God-given gifts and resources to make disciples, multiply leaders, strengthen the Church, and advance the Gospel across communities, cultures, and nations. We envision a stronger Body of Christ working together in biblical unity for the glory of God and the fulfillment of His mission.

Core Ministry Philosophy: Partnership
Christ Compass exists to strengthen Christ's Church. We believe God has uniquely gifted believers, churches, and Christian ministries to serve together for the advancement of the Gospel. Our role is to come alongside them, equipping leaders, sharing resources, building partnerships, and helping each part of the Body faithfully fulfill the work God has entrusted to it.
We measure ministry success not by the size of Christ Compass, but by the strength of the churches, leaders, and ministries we serve. Our desire is to see the Body of Christ working together in biblical unity, with each part contributing its God-given gifts for the glory of Christ and the advancement of His Kingdom.
